Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please submit a contact form or email us at pacanva.official@gmail.com to request a refund.

  1. You will first be required to complete a refund request form for our review. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that you will need to ship the item to our global warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
  2. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, and include any relevant information to help us verify your purchase, such as your order number or a copy of the receipt.
  3. Once your package is ready, you may ship it to the provided address.

To ensure that your return is received and processed promptly, we require the use of a trackable shipping method. This helps prevent potential issues with lost or delayed shipments.

Note:

  • You will be responsible for all domestic and international return shipping charges.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return in 7 days from the receipt of your item. Please note that refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
