Shipping fee
Here at PaCanva, we provide Free Shipping on all orders.
Processing time
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your order.
Transit time
The estimated delivery time frame is exclusive of the packing of your order after purchase confirmation. The processing time (1-3 days) is not included in the estimation. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the shipping progress.

Tax & Duties
Please note that if taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, it will be your responsibility to cover these fees for shipping to proceed. Parcels that arrive at their international destinations are subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause a delay in the original estimated delivery time frame.
Buyer protection
If after 60 business days, from the point of shipping, the parcel has not been delivered. We would have to presume the parcel is lost in transit. In this instance, you can contact us to request a refund or resend.

Tracking
PaCanva only utilizes traceable shipping services to deliver your order. Tracking will be available once the parcel is indexed by the courier. Please note that shipment status is not real-time. A 2 to 5-day delay might happen. You can track your parcels here.
Missing parcels
PaCanva is not liable if incorrect shipping information is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are accurate before processing the order.
PaCanva is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once the shipment status has been updated to "Delivered".
You are protected by the Buyer Protection Program in case you have completely and accurately provided your shipping information during the checkout process, and you neither receive the parcel nor the shipment status of the missing parcel is updated to “Delivered” in 60 business days. If that happens to you, please contact us to request a refund or resent.
