Shipping cost
Here at PaCanva, we provide Free Shipping on all orders. We partner with various logistics providers to ensure the delivery of your package. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination and can include both postal services and commercial couriers, such as USPS, Canada Post, and Australia Post.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Our free shipping service covers international shipping costs as well as last-mile delivery in the destination country.
If the free shipping method is unavailable due to circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, or delivery to remote areas, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options. In such cases, an additional shipping cost may occur.

Processing time
Please allow 2 to 5 days for processing. This typically includes 1–3 days for item preparation, packaging, and carrier pickup, as well as an additional 1–2 days for carrier sorting and updating shipment information into the system.
Transit time
Transit time refers to the time required for your shipment to reach its destination after it has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipping progress.

Tax & Duties
Please note that if taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, it will be your responsibility to cover these fees for shipping to proceed. Parcels that arrive at their international destinations are subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause a delay in the original estimated delivery time frame.
Buyer protection
If after 60 business days, from the point of shipping, the parcel has not been delivered. We would have to presume the parcel is lost in transit. In this instance, you can contact us to request a refund or resend.

Tracking
PaCanva only utilizes traceable shipping services to deliver your order. Tracking will be available once the parcel is indexed by the courier. Please note that shipment status is not real-time and a delay might happen. You can track your parcels here.
Missing parcels
PaCanva is not liable if incorrect shipping information is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are accurate before processing the order.
PaCanva is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once the shipment status has been updated to Delivered.
However, if you have provided complete and accurate shipping information during checkout and your parcel does not arrive, nor is the shipment status updated to Delivered within 60 business days, you are eligible for protection under our Buyer Protection Program. In such cases, please contact us to request a refund or a replacement shipment.
