For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Service” refers to the sale, delivery, and related support for our products, including our canvas backpacks.

Under no circumstances shall the team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of data or profit—arising from the use or inability to use the materials on this site. This applies even if the team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

PaCanva will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of using our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and revise our policies at any time.

Any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in the collection of delinquent undisputed amounts shall be your responsibility. No contract will exist between you and us for the purchase of products until we accept your order by a confirmatory email, SMS/MMS message, or other appropriate means. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred when using the website.

From time to time, we may offer contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities (“Promotions”) that require you to submit personal information. All Promotions may be governed by separate rules that include eligibility requirements such as age and geographic location. You are responsible for reading all Promotion rules to determine your eligibility. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to abide by all Promotion rules. Typographical Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card or other payment account for the amount charged.

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
